Glued bar - material which was created as a result of need of receiving dry material. Having stuck together specially dried up calibrated board, it is possible to receive a bar of the necessary section. Dry material unlike material of natural humidity is relieved of all shortcomings of wood as construction material.

Durability of a glued bar is 50 - 70% higher, than at an integral bar. Such houses according to the characteristics carry to group of service "till 100 years".
Humidity of a bar of 10±2% . Uniform drying allows to avoid in the future large cracks and deformations of a design of the house. Thanks to it shrinkage averages only 0,5% .

Reliability.

Wood after long processing by high temperature does not contain in drying chambers fungi, the wood bugs and microorganisms promoting damage.

Defects are excluded.
