Gas concrete

One of the modern materials applied in construction is the GAS CONCRETE which characteristics answer all construction norms. It belongs to the cellular class of concrete, and represents the artificial stone having a time with a diameter from 1 to 3 mm. This structure also defines its physical and technical properties: existence of a time raises its heat-insulating indicators. It is known that the best heat insulator is an air.

1. AT THE HIGH DURABILITY IT HAS LOW DENSITY.

2. THERMAL CAPACITY OF THE GAS CONCRETE AND ENERGY SAVING.

It is good energy saving stuff. Existence of a small time in a large number allows to preserve heat in 6, and sometimes and 10 times better, than a brick or usual concrete. In the summer such buildings have a cool, and in the winter keep heat better.

3. POZHAROSTOYKOST.

Blocks are manufactured on the basis of inorganic materials which do not burn at all. It allows to use them together with a metalwork for construction of fire-resistant structures, lift and air shafts.

4. SOUND-PROOF PROPERTIES OF THE GAS CONCRETE.

Its application promotes considerable reduction of penetration of sounds and noise to the room. Existence of a time causes the resilience to a sound.

5. PROCESSING of BLOCKS EASY AND RATIONAL. It is easy to process it any tools, such as drills, saws, mills. It is especially important when it is necessary to execute laying of pipes or cables.

6. ACCURACY OF THE SIZES.

Production of blocks is carried out by means of the special forms having the accurate sizes. Deviations of the sizes can turn out very small, and after a laying the surface turns out ready to plaster. Sometimes it is enough even a thin layer of hard putty.

7. SEISMIC STABILITY.

The small weight of a gas concrete in combination with high durability considerably reduces loads of a construction. They have the best stability at earthquakes or other natural disasters. At construction of buildings in seismically dangerous areas it is applied the reinforced elements.

8. FROST RESISTANCE OF THE GAS CONCRETE.

Thanks to the fact that a time is not filled completely with water it does not collapse under the influence of cyclic freezing

9. ECOLOGICAL PURITY.

Environmentally friendly components without harmful impurity form a basis for production. After construction of the building it remains environmentally friendly, it is affected by no atmospheric precipitation.

10. RESISTANCE TO BACTERIA, MOULD, FUNGI

The researches of a gas concrete on a susceptibility to a mold and bacteria which are carried out at stimulation of conditions of adverse, humid tropical climate, t.   e. at a temperature from +25 to +30, and also at relative humidity of air from 95 to 98% showed that even in such conditions the gas concrete shows full stability.

11. POROSITY Porosity of material fluctuates within 85%. It does a gas concrete strong as a stone, and breathing as a tree. In it all best qualities of these expensive materials are combined. However this characteristic does a gas concrete by rather cheap building material, but not less effective element of construction.
