The superplasticizing and superwater reducing additive for concrete and construction solutions on basis polimetilen - V - naftalinsulfonatov of the optimized molecular - mass distribution.
Kratasol - Ekstra differs in the lowered content of sulfates. On the consumer Kratasol - Ekstra properties conforms to the requirements of GOST 24211, EN934 - 2 shown to the superplasticizing, superwater reducing additives.
Scopes
Additive can be applied to production:
- usual, heavy and light concrete at construction of all types of the monolithic designs including reinforced;
- for production of usual and especially heavy concrete at production of combined reinforced concrete designs, including with intense fittings;
- at construction of all types of designs (including hydraulic engineering constructions, road and airfield coverings) from monolithic concrete at increased requirements to them on frost resistance, water tightness, resistance to corrosive attacks, an iznostoykost);
- for production of coverings with high operational properties.
Additive is not a corrosion and active component of concrete, does not influence protective properties in relation to steel fittings, does not cause its corrosion in an initial state and can be applied by production of reinforced concrete designs in residential and public buildings according to Construction Norms and Regulations 52 - 01 and Construction Norms and Regulations 2.03.11. Additive can be applied to production of high - strength concrete of the class B40 above.

Recommendations about application
Kratasol - Ekstra supersoftener is entered into concrete mix together with zatvoreniye water, it is preferable with the last third of water of a zatvoreniye. It is not recommended to enter additive into dry mix. After introduction of additive to concrete mix it is necessary to provide sufficient time of hashing for uniform distribution of additive in concrete mix. Additive is combined with the airinvolving TM KRATASOL additive of Aeromiks in need of airinvolvement regulation (receiving transport concrete, concrete of the increased frost resistance, etc. ), giving of concrete mix of special rheological properties, etc.
Dosage
The recommended dosage of additive makes 0,2 - 0,7% in terms of solid in relation to weight knitting or 0,6 - 2% of 35% of solution.
In most cases for receiving high - mobile concrete (P5) during the work on srednealyuminatny cement (S3A=6 - 8) the dosage of additive makes 0,3 - 0,5% in terms of solid (0,9 - 1,4% of 35% of solution) in relation to the mass of knitting. Range of the recommended dosages of additive can be expanded. The optimum dosage of additive is established when carrying out laboratory selections. At the same time selection of composition of concrete is made in accordance with GOST by 27006 any method meeting the design requirements imposed to concrete and concrete mix with the subsequent correction of properties due to decrease in a consumption of water and optimization of a dosage of additive. It is recommended to carry out dispensing with a margin error no more than ±2% . In case of long storage or use of large volumes of additive it is necessary to carry out periodic homogenization of solution of additive by a barbotirovaniye compressed air or hashing.

In a liquid form additive is delivered by filling in a car - and railway tanks, and also in a plastic container of various capacity.
In a dry form additive is packed into paper or polypropylene bags with a polyethylene insert or soft μR containers (big - beg).
Storage
To store at a temperature + 5÷ + 35 of °C in the closed capacity. To avoid influence of direct sunshine. At violation of the recommended storage conditions there can be a change of physical and chemical and consumer properties of a product. Observance of the recommended conditions allows to store additive within 12 months from the date of production. In case of freezing of water solution of additive after thawing and homogenization Kratasol - Ekstra supersoftener can be used according to recommendations.

Use of protective gloves during the work with additive is recommended. At hit of additive on skin - it is necessary to wash away water with soap. Not to allow hit in eyes.
